Refunds

Parker & Peony Boutique is a Consignment and Resale Shop. 

If you decide an item isn't the right fit for you, we invite you to process a return request by contacting thrift@parkerpeonyboutique.com.  All returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of delivery of an item. Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Requirements:
  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them.
  • All items are subject to a $1.99 restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items.
  • Final sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
